Join Nora on Wednesday afternoons or evenings for a fresh bunch of 10 NEW watercolour lessons! We’ll be trying some new approaches this term. The first class will be an introduction and overview. We’ll paint something colourful and simple to get started. Then, we’re off and running with lots of fun new projects. Nora will take you step-by-step through each painting with informative (and fun) demonstrations. Also, individual tips will be given as you work. To end off the class, we’ll look at all the paintings on our ‘WOW” table. This is not a critique – it’s just great to see what you’ve accomplished!

Your Instructor
Nora MacPhail – Watercolour
Nora MacPhail is a professional painter living in the awesome city of Toronto. Nora has been watercolour painting for over 25 years and teaching for 15 years. She draws with a strong gestural line, then adds lots (and lots) of colour. Nora’s paintings have a uniquely charming and humorous style. Active in the Toronto Art Community, she have been a member of the Toronto Watercolour Society, the Don Valley Art Club, and the Willowdale Group of Artists. Nora is currently the Plein-Air Organizer with the Beach Guild of Fine Arts. She has participated in many group art shows selling watercolour paintings, oil paintings and her popular cityscape bookmarks.
