How to Register
From your mobile phone or desktop:
After choosing the course you are interested in, click the + sign to select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase, then press “Get Tickets” button. Fill in your name, email, address and phone number, then press “Checkout Now”. You will be transferred to Stripe to make a secure credit card payment. If you require another method of payment, please contact our office at 416-518-6108.
Please note that our classes are limited in size and are on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellations, Refunds & Class Credits
Update to refund/ cancellation policy: A non-transferable $30.00 administration fee will be charged for refunds. Students may cancel from a program until 7 days prior to the commencement of the first class of the term. If a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, we will offer a credit to another class or a full refund.
Makeups: There are no make-up classes /credits for missed classes due to illness, work commitments or vacations.
Inclement Weather: If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will arrange a makeup class. If a student is not available for the scheduled make-up class, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
Accessiblity
Artbarn School is at street level with a ramp to enable students to easily enter. Please not our washroom is NOT wheelchair accessible. Artbarn School is always open to partnerships with organizations who provide quality art education to people of all abilities. Our nearest subway station – Avenue (part of the LRT line) is wheelchair accessible.
Allergies
We are a nut-free institution and sensitive to those with allergies. Please do not bring nut products into the school. When registering a child with severe allergies or health concerns, we ask parents to please include this information or send us an email at artbarnschool@me.com after submitting the registration online.
What to Wear
Please dress for mess when coming to Artbarn School! Making art is messy business! We will provide your child with a painting smock, but paint, ink, glitter, markers, and other art supplies can still find their way all over your clothing! The school cannot be responsible for stains.
