Join Nora on Monday nights or Wednesday mornings for a fresh bunch of watercolour lessons! We’ll be trying some new approaches this term. First, for a few pieces, we’ll be painting first and drawing second. This is an innovative style that is great for building up a painting. Second, we’ll explore different palette combinations to really get to know our colours. With a warm/cool primary colour palette, we can work with combos to create many vibrant pieces. Finally, it can be difficult to make watercolours dark enough so, we’ll be working towards dark values that make interesting contrasts and bold paintings. Lots to share! Lots to learn!

Nora MacPhail
Nora MacPhail is a professional artist based in Toronto, Canada. She has been painting for over 25 years and teaching for the past 11 years. Her watercolour painting are all about line and colour.
