Description
Paint from the cozy comfort of your own home studio! Students will explore various aspects of ‘experiential learning’ through an abstract lens with support and guidance of veteran artist and coach Catherine Shea. Discover new ways to learn about colour, form, pattern and texture in easy to follow steps designed for all levels of experience. Catherine creates a non-judgmental nurturing environment. Beginning each class with a short centering exercise, students will try exciting techniques using unconventional tools to paint abstract themes. Students will be emailed an ‘image for inspiration’ each week and are encouraged to share their creative experiences with the group.
*No previous painting experience required. Beginners welcome. All students will receive a free ‘Catherine’s Favourites’ painter’s guide sheet
Please note this is an online class. A link to the Zoom classroom will be emailed.
