Description
This class format is open studio style and provides coaching for more advanced painters. Elaine will discuss non-objective and abstract styles, composition, value, and transferring your work to a larger scale. Experienced artists are encouraged to bring and pursue their own work.
Acrylic painting experience is required.

Elaine Hoffman
Elaine Hoffman is a Toronto based visual artist. She studied studio art at York University and the University of Guelph. Hoffman spent her professional career working in the arts and culture sector, at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, education department. Volunteer activities include teaching painting workshops and conducting tours at the AGO for members of Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto. Her passion in painting is using vibrant colour and bold shapes to produce an intense emotional connection.
