Description
This workshop will investigate ways to express ideas and emotions without references to recognizable images. Many artists from the modern period of art history developed their own ways to manipulate the elements of design to convey their vision. By using abstraction and non-objective techniques a new direction in painting was charted. By introducing a series of creative exercises, you will begin to develop your own vocabulary, using colour, shape, line and texture for expressive image making. All skill levels will be able to explore new possibilities in visual expression.
