Connect with the beauty of creative abstract painting. In this relaxing workshop you will discover how your intuition can guide you through a painting process and the magical places it can take you. This class invites you to surrender and let go as you play with colours and mark making. This workshop is beneficial for beginners as well as professional artists.

Supplies:
Acrylic or Watercolours
Brushes (2-3 or more) of different sizes and shapes
Mixed Media Paper (9”x12” or larger) x 2 pieces
Canvas (optional)
Coloured Pencils, Ink pens and pastels (optional)

Marina Nazarova
Marina Nazarova is a visual artist and illustrator based in Brazil & Toronto. She holds a BFA in Painting from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, Vancouver BC. The majority of Marina’s work revolves around people and spaces; as she draws her inspirations from everyday life and found images. In her paintings she uses oils, acrylics, and watercolour. She has worked with Artbarn School on the Eglinton Junior Public School Tangram mural project. She has also worked on murals for art fairs, commercial spaces and StreetARToronto projects.
