The best way to get through winter is to paint it! Learn about painting snow in watercolour with a lovely scene of an old wooden fence covered in crisp fresh snow. There are TWO techniques for creating white subjects in watercolour and you’ll be exploring both. First, we’ll use the white of the paper for snow, a practise common with watercolour. Then, we’ll add some white gouache for our falling snow flakes. Get ready to practise your splatter technique! Nora will take you step-by-step through this unique subject with demonstrations, helpful tips and one-to-one feedback. A colour photocopy will be provided for you to work from.
