Do you have some great travel photos you would love to make into a painting? This unique workshop by professional artist Susan Brown will teach you some easy techniques for painting on a colour laser photocopy of your photo. You will combine personal colour photo images with acrylic painting on a canvas. This technique creates a magical transformation from a photographic subject to a finished mixed media painting. While applying the process, participants will practice colour mixing and blending. Unifying photographic elements with painted areas reveals new approaches to composition and creative expression. All materials and two small canvases will be included.
