How to Register

Please register on our website. Payment is made through our new secure online payment system. We accept Visa or Mastercard. If you require another method of payment, please contact our office. Please note that our classes are limited in size and are on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellations, Refunds & Class Credits

Registrants may cancel from a program prior to the commencement of the first class of the term.  A non-transferable $30.00 administration fee per term will be charged.  Participants canceling after the first class of the term will be charged for that class plus the non-transferable $30.00 administration fee per term.  If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will offer a credit to another class or a refund.

There are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended. In some situations a make-up class can be arranged if classes are missed.


Artbarn School is at street level with a ramp to enable students to easily enter.  We also have one wheelchair accessible washroom. Wheel Trans vehicles can pull up beside the school on Oriole Parkway.


We are sensitive to those with allergies. Please do not bring nut products into the school. Parents must inform us of any allergies when registering their child. Please refrain from wearing scented products at the school.

What to Wear

Please dress for mess when coming to Artbarn School.  The school cannot be responsible for stains on clothing.
